Čalamáda

Chutná čalamáda,  jednoduchá na prípravu. 

3 kg menších pevných uhoriek

1 kg očistenej papriky

7 väčších cibúľ

1 nakladač

1/2 kg cukru

1/2 l octu

 

Uhorky so šupou nakrájame na kolieska, cibuľu na kolieska alebo na polmesiačiky a papriku na hranolčeky.

Vo veľkej mise všetko zmiešame s cukrom, octom a nakladačom.

Prikryté utierkou necháme postáť asi 4 hodiny, občas premiešame.

Naplníme do sterilizovaných fliaš, uzatvoríme a sterilizujeme 10 min.
